We take our time after installation is complete to work with your staff & volunteer team to ensure there’s proper training of all the audio, video and lighting systems.

We check settings, connections & usage of your gear along with additional training on a regular basis. You can have check-ins weekly, monthly & quarterly. Service plans can even include our technicians running the production gear for you on an ongoing basis.
